The following application is designed for industries which provide some type of reporting service to the industry. Typical industries include: Background checking, Insurance reporting, and Inspection companies. The system includes Order Entry, Customer tracking, Field personnel tracking, Ad-Hoc Reports and Queries, Expenses, and Accounts Receivable and Payable modules.
 

Main MENU - The opening screen of the program which allows the user to access all the functions of TrackStară from a single point.
  • Orders module, which tracks all of the reports ordered by each customer.

ORDER ENTRY - Enter customer and assured information for new customer report orders.
  • Each order can be entered with any number of reports for each order.
  • Package pricing policies are incorporated into the system.
  • Invoices, Progress Reports and Billing Advice are printable from the order entry screen.
  • Miscellaneous memo field.
  • Adjustments field to allow ad-hoc pricing adjustments to the final order.


Reports MODULE - Generate, preview and print all reports with various user defined selections.
  • There are several reports available from the reports menu. Each report type can be selected by Customer or Field rep, numerous date ranges, and order statuses.
  • There are Progress reports, Rep Commission reports, Billing Summary, Order summary and Customer Billing reports.
  • Each order, which is “not complete”, is tracked by the progress report system.
  • “Hide Cost” option to disable displaying sensitive cost information on reports


ORDER Query - Generate fast ad-hoc order information.
  • Facilitates the quick lookup of order information.
  • Used for one-screen display only.
  • Ideal for answering customers questions while they are still on the phone.
