Provide a simulation model of an existing dock operation of a Bakery.   Needed to determine how many AGV vehicles were needed as well as the optimal track layout required.

Picking System - Conveyor with Carousels and Pick Tunnels

Provide a simulation model of a proposed pick and pack system .  The objective was to determine if the conveyor system could handle to case traffic at the merge and divert points and to determine the size and logic of the divert into each pick area case queue.

What was modeled: Used the simulation model to explicitly design:
