- Project Maintenance allows you to add, delete or maintain existing projects.
- Parts Maintenance allows you to add, delete, and maintain parts and modules.
- BOM Maintenance provides the ability to create Bills of Material and to assign component parts to a part or module.
- Vendor Maintenance allows you to store vendor information and assign which parts and modules each Vendor provides.
- Reports Module allows you to generate a wide variety of reports in Access and Excel.
- AutoCAD interface has several features which interface with and extract information from an AutoCAD drawing.

PROJECT Maintenance - Allows the user to maintain projects.
- Add, delete or edit existing projects.
- Add, delete or edit parts and modules in an existing project.
- To add standard conveyor sections, simply enter the total length of the section, and any parameters specific to that section and press Add P/N/. The system will determine exactly how many and what type of modules to add (including shims) to the project.

Part Number Maintenance - Allows the user to perform a variety of functions on the parts and modules in the system.
- Add, delete, and edit existing parts and modules.
- Can assign a part to a group of parts.
- Can designate part as a module.
- Assign drawing name and revision level to the part.
- Add vendors which sell that part or module, including price per quantity, vendor P/N.
- Can select a prime vendor for that part to override the low cost vendor.
- Include last quantity and last price order history for that part from each vendor.

BOM Maintenance - Allows the user to develop part trees for each part and module in the system.
- Trees can be as deep as required.
- Any number of parts can be defined as subparts.
- Double click on the subpart will allow you to edit the subparts for that part.
- Can sort the parts list by P/N or description
- Can filter the parts list by All, parts only, or modules only.
- Can instantly print a BOM explosion report for current part.
- Can generate a purchasing BOM which calculates the price for that part, assuming that vendor information is entered for each subpart in the entire tree.

VENDOR Maintenance - Allows the user to perform a variety of functions on the vendors in the system.
- Add, delete, and edit existing vendors.
- Add vendors which sell that part or module, including price per quantity, vendor P/N.
- Can select a prime vendor for that part to override the low cost vendor.
- Include last quantity and last price order history for that part from each vendor.
- Can generate a vendor report which lists all the part which the current vendor sells.

Reports Module - Allows the user to generate a wide variety of reports.
- Can generate Bills of Material (BOM) reports by project, part, or vendor.
- BOM reports can be high level, details, or include pricing information.
- Can generate reports on which parts are sold by which vendor.
- Can generate reports on which vendor sells which parts.
- Can generate a report on how much each part costs for each vendor which sells that part.

BUILD BOM Module - Allows the user to import part information from an AutoCAD drawing.
- Select an AutoCAD file.
- Select a project name.
- Select one of more part types. User can add any number of part types to the system.
- System will open AutoCAD and the selected drawing and import all the information regarding the selected part type(s) and display then in the window.
- User can check the imported data for errors by using the powerful Import Data Checker tool.
- The user can then add the BOM to the database so that reports can be generated and other users can view and edit the BOM.
