Paladium Software has developed a simple solution for companies with small to medium size faxing demands.

You can derive significant savings from Network Faxing if you:

Fax between 25 and 300 faxes in 8 hours.
Have to wait at the fax machine.
Have to fax everything at the same time.

Here is how it works...

When the user has to send a Fax, instead of printing the fax and then getting up and moving to the fax machine, the user will:

Select the report to Fax.
Select the recipient. The database will store the recipients name and fax number.
Type in any comments as appropriate.
Press the send button...

The fax software will automatically fill in all of the required fields on the cover page (see note). It will then transfer the fax over the network to the Fax Server. The fax server will store the faxes from all the users and send then one after another. The user is then notified when the fax(es) have been sent.

(Note: The cover page can be any standard or custom cover page with your companies logo on it.)

Requirements:

A network running TCP/IP
A designated fax server computer. Can be any computer on the network.
A modem on the fax server computer. An external modem is recommended but not required.
A copy of WinFax ver 9. or later on the Fax Server and each computer on the network which will be faxing.

Cost:

$299 US for the software, NOT including modem or WinFax.
Installation: Phone support - no charge.
Installation: On-site - Travel (at cost) plus $75/hour.
